1. Use a 15-mm pedaI wrench or a 5/8" open end wrench to loosen and
remove the pedals from the crank.
2. The pedal on the left side of the crank has reverse threads. Tum the
wrench on the left pedal clockwise to loosen it. Turn the wrench on the
right pedal clockwise to tighten it.
