Assembly instructions to installation kit side ledge

Components:
1 off side ledge R.H. SL R
1 off side ledge L.H. SL L
4 off spacer washer 4 mm DS 1
4 off spacer washer 3 mm DS 2
4 off SPAX screws 4.0x20 galv.steel SCHR
Procedure:
Thickness of body side wall = 19 mm:
- Remove protective strip of the 2 spacer washers (DS 1) mounted to the side ledges (SL R +
SL L).
- Position side ledge (SL L):
- Press on and fix in its position the side ledge (SL L), secure with the supplied screws 2 off
(SCHR).
- Repeat the procedure with side ledge (SL R).
Thickness of body side wall = 16 mm:
- Remove protective strip of the 2 spacer washers (DS 1) mounted to the side ledges (SL R +
SL L).
- Adhere the spacer washers 3 mm (DS 2) supplied loosely, according to Detail B, with cover
from the left, on to the pre-assembled spacer washers 4 mm (DS 1).
- It is important that the adhesive strip of spacer washer 3 mm (DS 2) is situated on the
outside.
- Further procedure according to instructions for body side wall thickness 19 mm.

Edge close-lying
> Base surface (open) close-lying to niche base.
> Edge close-lying to body side wall (according to Detail A)
