    Safety Instructions Attention : Whenever intervention into the machine becomes necessary, observe all safety precautions mentioned in DIN/VDE 0701 (repair-related) and/or VDE 0700/ICE 65 (appliance-related). Components are in accordance with IEC and/or VDE directives! For replacements use parts of the same specification only.

    Installation/Built-in 60 cm and 55 cm General The dishwasher is supplied ready for installation, i.e. with power cable, discharge hose and admission hose with incorporated sieve and sealing. Installation is at the connections provided for this purpose in the adjacent cupboard (not directly behind the appliance !).

    Built-in 55 cm 1.4.1 Substructure Dishwashers GS 24 (lower and medium comfort level) G 4 5x / G4 6x General The dishwasher is supplied ready for installation, i.e. with power cable, mounted discharge hose and admission hose with sieve. The dishwasher may be built into niches made of combustible material without additional safety measures.

    11.2 Spacers on support panel and on electronic Problem: Sometimes the electronic system may be accidentally activated by pressure on the glass or metallic panel, or it may remain activated constantly. Undefined faults may occur (e.g., programme stops, etc.) Cause: Due to the different tolerances between electronic, support panel and design panel, the design panel could press with a permanent pressure on to the control keys and therefore initiate the electronic system.
