10.5 Replacing the Drive Roller

Over time, the platen may harden and cause print issues and need to be replaced. The
printer is equipped with an easy replaceable drive roller assembly.
1. Loosen and unscrew the pressed in captive screw that holds the print mechanism in
place and rotate to the open position.
The printhead dot row
should be cleaned to
remove any
contaminates that may
impact print quality.
