The driving wheels are mounted in an axle adapter (1) at the bottom of the back frame (2). Loosen the
fixing screws (3), push the axle adapter (1) upwards or downwards to the desired height and then
secure it with the fixing screws (3). Make sure that all screws are properly tightened before using the
wheelchair.
When you adjust the driving wheels, the position of the wheels will be altered: Danger of
tipping!
Axle and back lowering (approx. 6 cm)
The driving wheels are mounted in an axle adapter (1) at the bottom of the back frame (2). Loosen the
fixing screws (3). Turn the axle adapter (1) backwards until the axle mounting is behind the back
frame, but place the adapter on the other back tube. Now secure with the fixing screws (3) and axle
adapter (1). Make sure that all screws (3) are properly tightened before using the wheelchair.
The brakes must be readjusted !

Check that all screws are fixed securely.
The brakes must be readjusted.
When performing adjustments, avoid all improper settings as they will put the wheelchair user
at risk.
All adjustments must be made by authorized specialist dealers.
We shall decline all liability for damage and injuries caused by adjustments performed by
unauthorized persons.
We shall decline all liability for fitted parts not supplied or passed by the manufacturer.
If the wheelchair is prone to tilting and tipping, an anti-tipping device must be fitted. To this
intent use the screws supplied for the anti-tilting support.

To adjust the seat height, you have to set the height
of both the steering (see chapter on Steering Wheel
Adjuster) and driving wheels. If your wheelchair
features an adjustable axle adjuster, its height can
be adjusted by loosening screws (1) and (2) and

setting the adjuster to the required height.
Afterwards retighten the screws. If you change the
axle mountings (3) to alter the wheel suspension,
please note that your wheelchair might become
prone to tilting and tipping. To prevent this, also
mount an anti-tipping device.
