ONVENTIONS
This section describes the conventions used throughout this User Guide. In this User Guide, you
will find that some terms are used interchangeably:
• Paper is synonymous with media.
• Document is synonymous with original.
• WorkCentre 222/228 is synonymous with the machine.
Cautions
Cautions are statements that suggest the possibility of mechanical damage as a result of an action.
