5. Insert the pedal shaft of Left Foot Pedal (15L)
into threaded hole in the Left Crank (17L).
Turn the pedal shaft by hand in the
counterclockwise direction until snug.
Note: DO NOT turn the pedal shaft in the
clockwise direction, doing so will strip the
threads.
Tighten the pedal shaft of Left Foot Pedal (15L)
with the Multi Hex Tool provided.
Insert pedal shaft of Right Foot Pedal (15R) into
threaded hole in Right Crank (17R).
Turn the pedal shaft by hand in the clockwise
direction until snug.
Tighten pedal shaft of Right Foot Pedal (15R)
with the Multi Hex Tool provided.
Note: The Cranks, Foot Pedals, and Pedal
Shafts are marked "R" for Right and "L" for
Left.
Foot Pedal Strap Adjustment:
Snap the three hole end of the pedal strap onto
the inside edge of the Left Foot Pedal (15L).
Snap the other end of the pedal strap onto the
outside edge of the Left Pedal (15L).
Select adjustment holes which allow your foot to
be easily removed from the pedals. Use the
same procedure to snap the other pedal strap
onto the Right Foot Pedal (15R).

FOLDING THE FOOT PEDALS FOR STORAGE

Foot Pedals can be folded for storage.
Press the locking lever fully to unlock the pedal before folding it.
