DO-NOT-DISTURB

Placing your phone in do-not-disturb halts calls (except for queue callbacks,
recalls, and direct ring-in calls). Other users calling you hear a repeating
signal of four fast tones (if they have a display, it shows the do-not-disturb
message you have selected).
There can be up to 20 different Do-Not-Disturb messages in your telephone
system. They can be changed by the system administrator, installer, or pro-
grammer. Your customer service representative, trainer, or system adminis-
trator will give you a list of Do-Not-Disturb Messages for your system. You
can list them here for your convenience:

To enable do-not-disturb:
1. Dial

2. Dial the desired 2-digit number for the message you wish to use.
3. If desired, customize the second display line by entering the desired num-
bers or letters as described below:
• Remain in numeric mode: Press the keypad buttons to dial the de-
sired numbers. Press
If you have a FORWARD button, you can press it to leave a space.
