Alarm message sequence
Detection phase:
The phone detects an alarm
situation. The detection
duration starts to run (see

Pre-alarm phase:
The phone signals a
pre-alarm. Alarm delay starts

Alarm phase:
The phone sends the alarm
to the alarm system.
