To clean the holes in the burnpot use a 3/16" diameter rod or a long Phillips Screw Driver (should
be a minimum of 12" long to reach the holes on the back side of the pot).
To clean the holes in the front side and the back side at the same time, simply insert the cleaning
tool through one of the front holes and push it all the way through and clean the hole that lines up
behind it at the same time. (See Figure 13 on the previous page.)
Revolution Multi-Fuel Pot - Removal
1 – Trip the Revolution Motor Switch as shown in figure 19 until the Hex head bolt is facing up as
shown in figure 20. Remove the bolt and slide the Drive Coupler over to disengage the pins from
the drum. Polish the shaft with some emery cloth if any residue has built up on the shaft during
use to allow the Drive Coupler to slide easier.
2 – Remove the Igniter cover and Igniter. (See figure 19)
3 – Remove the Igniter cover and Igniter. (See figure 19)
4 – Remove the side shields. (See figure 19)
5 – Remove the screw that holds the burnpot in place and lift the burnpot up and out of the stove. (See
figure 19)
6 – Reverse steps to re-install the Revolution pot. Caution: Pay close attention to how everything
lines up before re-installing the Pot and Drive Coupler.
