Adding a contact to your buddy list
1.
Tap Tools, then BuddyList.
2.
Tap Add.
3.
Enter the G-Number.
4.
Select an existing group name or enter a new group name.
5.
Tap Save.
NOTE
You can make up to 10 groups in the buddy list.
Removing a contact from your buddy list
1.
Tap Tools and then BuddyList.
2.
Choose a contact from buddy list.
3.
Tap Remove.
Refreshing buddy status
TOSHIBA IP Phone automatically refreshes buddy status every several
minutes. To refresh the buddy status manually, tap Tool and then
Refresh.
Buddy status is as follows:
ONLINE (Blue icon)
OFFLINE (Red icon)
BUSY (Green icon)
AWAY (Yellow icon)
