Click the System tab, click "Administrator Management", and then click
"Administrator Settings" in the sub-menu that appeared.
You can specify the usage condition settings for the user.

Description
Specify whether to limit the number of copies that can be specified
per job.
Specify the number of copies that can be specified per job (input
range: 1-99).
Specify whether to permit the user to disable the sleep function in
the user's choice function.
Specify whether to prohibit the one-touch registration specified by
the user settings.
When the Enhance Security mode is enabled on this machine, this
setting cannot be specified.
Specify the destination e-mail address for sending the activity re-
port.
