Captain Select whether to include the Captain as a back-up
Backup navigation officer. That is, select whether to forward the
alarm to the Cabin Panel in the Captain's quarters in the
2nd stage or the 3rd stage.
OFF: Forward in 3rd stage.
ON: Forward in 2nd stage.
2nd Stage Select whether to omit 2nd stage alarm or not.
OFF: Omit alarm.
ON: Don't omit alarm.
