    The electric motor has been designed for 230 - 240V only. Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate. Note: The supply of 230V and 240V on Ozito tools are interchangeable for Australia and New Zealand.

    OPERATION WARNING! Always turn off the tool and disconnect from the power supply prior to change any accessories or making any handle adjustments. Side Handle The 3 position side handle (3) will provide additional control, support and guidance when using the tool. The side handle (3) can be assembled to the left, top or right side of the metal gear casing.
  • Page 9 This feature is intended for use when the drill has been mounted in a drill stand or otherwise firmly held, not by hand (drill stand not manufactured by Ozito). Avoid locking the On/off trigger switch (7) 'ON' when drilling by hand so that you can always instantly release the On/off trigger switch (7) should the bit bind in the hole.
  • Page 10 OPERATION (cont.) Variable Speed Dial The On/off trigger switch (7) has a variable speed dial (8). By rotating the variable speed dial (8) you are able to limit the maximum speed of the drill. See the variable speed dial (8) for the direction of which to rotate for higher or lower speeds.
