OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
DESCRIPTION
In manual mode a 400m running track is displayed. In program mode the program
profile is displayed.
Distance travelled this session; default counts up from zero, but counts down if a
target has been set. Switches to show EG (Elevation Gain - metres climbed) only
when the "Select" button is pressed.
Approximate calories burned this session (for comparison only, not to be used for
medical purposes); default counts up from zero, but counts down if a target has
been set. Switches to show CAL / HR (estimated calories burned per hour) only
when the "Select" button is pressed.
Default display is current heart rate in beats per minute (bpm). Switches to show
current incline % only when the setting is changed or when the "Select" button is
pressed.
Time exercised this session; default counts up from zero, but counts down if a
target has been set. Switches to show pace (minutes per mile) only when the
"Select" button is pressed.
Current speed the treadmill is providing, in km/h.
