Quick Start

1. Make sure the treadmill is plugged in, switched on, and the safety key is in position
2. Press the 'power' button
3. Press the 'start / stop' button
4. The treadmill mat will slowly begin to move (0.8km/h)
5. Use the + / - buttons to change the speed and incline
!
NOTE ABOUT THE SAFETY KEY: The treadmill will only operate when the safety key is in position – if the safety key is removed
while the treadmill is in operation it will stop immediately. Before every workout session please make sure you attach
the safety key to the console and the clip at the other end to your clothing. When the treadmill is not in use you should
remove the safety key and store it somewhere safe, out of the reach of children.

Console Display and Feedback

In manual mode a 400m
running track is displayed.
In program mode the
program pro le is displayed.
Time
Time exercised this session;
counts up from zero.
Speed
Current speed the treadmill
is providing, in km/h
NOTE: When you rst switch the treadmill on it will display total distance travelled, for 1 seconds.
