Quick Start

Make sure the treadmill is plugged in, switched on, and the safety key is in position
1.
2.
Press the 'start / stop' button
3.
The display will countdown 3,2,1 before the treadmill mat slowly begins to move (1.0 km/h)
4.
Use the + / - buttons to change the speed and incline
!
NOTE ABOUT THE SAFETY KEY: The treadmill will only operate when the safety key is in position – if the safety key is removed
while the treadmill is in operation it will stop immediately. Before every workout session please make sure you attach
the safety key to the console and the clip at the other end to your clothing. When the treadmill is not in use you should
remove the safety key and store it somewhere safe, out of the reach of children.

Console Display and Feedback

Speed
Current speed the treadmill is
providing, in km/h
Time
Time exercised this session; default
counts up from zero, but counts
down if a target has been set
Distance
Distance travelled this session;
default counts up from zero
NOTE: The default display for the large LCD window is time. Pressing the 'mode' button changes between the feedback modes
NOTE: When you first switch the treadmill on it will display; total time in use and total distance travelled, for 2 seconds

Button Functions

Calories
Approximate calories burned this
session (for comparison only, not to
be used for medical purposes)
Pulse / Incline
Displays current heart rate in beats
per minute (bpm) if a pulse reading is
being picked up, otherwise displays
current incline %
Scan
Automatically scans through the
feedback modes, displaying each in
the large LCD window for 3 seconds
Pre – workout
enter 'target setting'
select feedback mode
mode
activates the running
stops the running mat and
mat and starts the
pauses your workout – press
workout
again to resume
adjust values in 'target
increase or decrease the speed,
program' mode
press and hold for rapid speed
selects a workout

program (P1 to P5)
increase or decrease the incline,
