Cisco Small Business IP Phone SPA 525G User Guide (SIP)
Select Call Preferences.
Scroll to Miss Call Shortcut.
Press the Right Arrow key to turn the feature on and press the Save softkey.
You can use the intercom soft key to automatically connect with a remote extension.
To automatically connect with a remote extension:
Press the Intercom soft key.
Dial the number you wish to intercom to and then press Dial.
If you are receiving an intercom call, the phone rings, then automatically connects to your
speakerphone.
You can forward all calls, forward calls when the phone is busy or forward calls when there is
no answer.
To enable online call forwarding:
Log on to your Virtual Office Online dashboard at http://virtualoffice.8x8.com
Select the Settings button, and then select the My Rules tab.
Update your Call Forwarding Rules and press Save.
You can return to Virtual Office Online at any time to update your Call Forwarding Rules.
