    Phone hardware features Refer to the following table for identifi cation of your IP phone’s hardware features. Phone feature Description Receiver Pick up to place or answer a call. Speaker for phone. Speaker Message Waiting When lit red, you have a new voicemail message. When lit fl ashing red, you have an incoming call Indicator or the phone’s fi rmware is being updated.
