 Permit: Permit packet cross switch.

 IPv4: Set Ipv4 packet field.
 Non-IPv4: Set non-Ipv4 packet field.
 Binding: Set binding entry.
Set this field if Packet Type is IPv4, else ignore.
Any / IP and Mask
 Any: Any IP address.
 IP: A certain IP address.
Mask: ***.***.***.***
* is represent a digit from 0~9,
*** is range from 0 to 255
