Presenter 1280 Problems

If the problem persists after following the suggestions below, call your
service provider.
Probable Cause
Interface cable is not
.
connected
Presenter 1280 is ON but is
in sleep mode. Press the
Sleep button on the rear of
Presenter.
Presenter 1280 is ON and
enabled.
Power cable is not
connected. Or system
power saving has turned
off Presenter 1280. (Move
the mouse, touch the
keyboard, or press the
Sleep button to enable it.)
Or system has not
initialized Presenter 1280
because the workstation is
turned off.
