• Can the printer recover after the ribbon motor is replaced?

• Can the printer recover after the ribbon gear Assy is replaced?

• Can the printer recover after the PMA board is replaced?

• Can the printer recover after the connection cable between the CN1 on the PRA board
and the CN2 on the PMA board is replaced?

• Replace the PRA board.
• Has the ink ribbon rotation sensor been properly installed?
