• Properly reconnect the cable.
• Check the electrical conductivity between the CN1 on the POA board and the CN12 on the PHA
board.
• Is there the passage of current?
Yes No
• Replace the connection cable.
• Can the printer recover after the POA board is replaced?

• Replace the CN6 on the PMA board and the CN1 on the PHA board. Can the problem be resolved?
