ACD Agent status. To deactivate ACD on the Line, delete the Line Group ID.
A Group ID may be entered or deleted by the User from the Agent menu.
ACD must also be enabled under the VoIP Web page or in the Configuration file for
proper operation of the ACD function.

3.5.2 SIP Configuration, General Parameters

Parameters in this section are assigned to configure the overall SIP operation.

3.5.2.1 Outbound Proxy Address

The LIP Phone can be configured to send SIP requests and responses to an Outbound Proxy
Address instead of to the SIP Call Server IP address configured in Section 3.5.1.1.

To assign an Outbound Proxy address
1) Press the

4) Input the Outbound Proxy address for the LIP-6812/LIP-6830 using the dial pad.

5) Press the [ OK ] Softkey to save your Configuration.

To enter alpha-numeric characters select the [Mode] Softkey (refer to Appendix E. for
the character mapping of dial pad digits).
Changing the Outbound Proxy Address requires a reboot of the LIP-6812/LIP-6830;
when you leave the menu, you will receive a Reboot notice.

3.5.2.2 Outbound Proxy Port

When an Outbound Proxy Server is defined, the associated Port must be defined as the
Outbound Proxy Port. All SIP requests will be sent to the assigned port instead of the Proxy
Port configured in Section 3.5.1.2.
