Note, if check-in fails, the The LCD shows one of the following results for approximately 2
seconds.
ACD Check-In failed.
Changing Agent status to Available
Once checked in, an ACD Agent is made available to receive calls. To make an Agent available,
perform the following:
1) In the ACD Agent menu, use the right arrow to display and select the [Avail] Softkey and
press the [ OK ] Softkey. The [Avail] Softkey is only displayed if the Agent status is
unavailable.

[Avail] [COut] [PRIM]
Changing Agent status to Unavailable
Once available, an ACD Agent can be placed in the unavailable state so that ACD Group calls
are not received. To make an Agent unavailable, perform the following:
1) In the ACD menu, use the right arrow to display and select the [Unvl] Softkey and press the
[ OK ] Softkey. The [Unvl] Softkey is only displayed if the Agent status is available.
ACD Status (Line 1)

[Unvl] [COut] [PRIM]
ACD Agent Check-Out
To check-out of the ACD Group, perform the following:
1) In the ACD menu, select the [COut] Softkey and press the [ OK ] Softkey. The Agent can
only check-out if the current status is checked-in.
ACD Primary Line
To set the Line as the Primary ACD Line to display the ACD status from the LCD:
1) In the ACD menu, select the [PRIM] Softkey and press the [ OK ] Softkey.
ACD Status (Line 1)
Check-Out
[C.In] [PRIM]
The current ACD Agent status is displayed at the end of the menu title; the status
displays are Check-Out, Available, and Unavailable (ex., "10.ACD Agent:Check-Out").
Entering a Group ID activates ACD for the selected Line and the LED will display the
