Problem
You are out of thermal transfer ribbon
or it is jammed.
The self-strip assembly is not
connected.
If you are using the Cloning or
Selective Transfer commands, the
Sender printer is not set up properly to
send information to the Receiver.
The printer microprocessor has
detected an internal fault.
The printer microprocessor has
detected an internal fault.
Missing preamble or postamble data.
Invalid field delimiter. Either a start or
end character is missing or they are
different types.
Invalid <ESC> command.
Invalid <SI> command.
Semicolon (;) missing after <ESC>P.

Solution
Clear the jam or replenish the ribbon
stock. Press Feed/Reload to clear the
alert.
Make sure the self-strip assembly is
connected properly, or disable this
option. Press Feed/Reload to clear the
alert.
Check all connections between the
Sender and the Receiver printers.
Make sure the Sender printer is set up
correctly for transmitting information
to the Receiver.

Delete the setup for preamble or
postamble data, or include the data.
