When the switch configuration settings have been saved to NVRAM, they become
the default settings for the switch. These settings will be used every time that the
switch module is restarted.
Restoring default configuration values
The only way to change the configuration stored in NVRAM is to save a new
configuration using Save Changes, or to process a Load Factory Default
Configuration function from the Reboot menu. This will clear all settings and
restore them to their initial values listed in Appendix B, "Run-time switching software
default settings" on page 117. These are the configuration settings that were
entered at the factory.
Highlight Reboot in the main menu and press Enter.
