3-8-5. Software and Firmware Upgrades

Visit XIMETA's website for the latest downloads, driver updates, and more. Follow the steps
below to successfully download and operate NetDisk Wireless upgrades.
Note: To avoid errors when upgrading software or firmware, you must have a wired
connection from your computer to NetDisk Wireless. Do not use a wireless
connection to upgrade.
1. From a wired computer, visit http://www.XIMETA.com. You will see a list of current
software releases on the website. If you cannot see the list, send an email to
support@XIMETA.com requesting the latest software.
2. Click the latest software for your model that you are currently using.
3. Save the downloaded file to your desktop, or to a folder that you prefer.
4. Open NetDisk Wireless WEB Manager.
5. Click Software Upgrade under the System heading [Figure 3-23. Software Upgrade]
6. Click Browse to access the previously downloaded file. Select the file and Click Start
Upgrade.
Note: There is no change on your monitor during the upgrade. It takes about 2 ~ 3 minutes.
Do not Click Start Upgrade again and do not turn NetDisk Wireless off.
7. NetDisk Wireless will automatically restart. It will take about one minute to apply the
upgraded software or firmware.
