NetDisk™ Wireless User Manual

3-8-3. Wake on LAN

If your LAN card and motherboard support the Wake on LAN feature, NetDisk Wireless can be
set up to enable you to remotely wake your PC from sleep.
Setup:
1. From the networked computer you wish to use the Wake on LAN function, open the
NetDisk Wireless WEB Manager.
2. Select Wake on LAN from the menu.
3. Click the Mac button to automatically input your computer's Mac address.
4. Click the On button to save the Mac address.
Use:
1. From a remote computer, connect to the NetDisk Wireless WEB manager.
2. Select Wake on LAN from the menu.
3. Click the On button to wake the computer.

3-8-4. Rebooting the System

If you Click Restart NOW-WL under the System heading, a popup window will appear—asking
you to reboot. If you wish to reboot NetDisk Wireless, Click OK. All changed configurations will
be saved.
