To change the background picture on your phone:
Press Setup.
Scroll to User Preferences and press Select.
Scroll to Screen Preferences and press Select.
Scroll to Wallpaper. Press the arrow keys to select an image to use as the
wallpaper.
Use the navigation arrows to highlight an image. To preview how the image will
look on your phone, highlight the image and press View.
Press Select to choose the image.
Press Set.
Each extension of your phone can have a different ring tone.
To change a ring tone:
Press Setup.
Scroll to User Preferences and press Select.
Scroll to Audio Preferences and press Select.
Scroll to the extension for which you want to select a ring tone and press the Right
Arrow key.
Scroll through the ring tones and press Select to choose the highlighted ringtone
for that extension. Press Play to hear the highlighted ring tone.
To install MP3 ring tone:
a. Select From USB in the ring tone list menu.
b. Press Play to review the music.
c. Press Save.
