The MVME6100 has two front-panel indicators:
BDFAIL, software controlled and asserted by firmware (or other
software) to indicate a configuration problem (or other failure)
CPU, connected to a CPU bus control signal to indicate bus
transfer activity
The following table describes these indicators:
