Specifying printer driver settings

If a print job is sent using a department name or password that is not

registered with the account track settings of the machine or if a job is sent

without the "Account Track" check box selected, the job is deleted

without being authenticated by this machine.

Even a registered account cannot print if it is not given printing

permissions.
