Reset User Box Password

The password specified for a box can be changed.

Log on to Administrator mode.

Click "Reset User Box Password" in the menu on the User Box tab.

Type in the number of the user box whose password is to be changed.

Type in the new password.

Type in the new password again.

Click the [Apply] button.

User Box Admin. Settings

Select whether or not there is a box administrator.
If there is an administrator, specify the password for the box administrator.

Log on to Administrator mode.

Click "User Box Admin. Settings" in the menu on the User Box tab.

Beside "User Box Administrator", select either "Enable" or "Disable",
and then specify the administrator password.
Note
The box administrator can monitor documents in user boxes without a
password.
With PageScope Web Connection, log on by typing the password on the
page that appeared when "User Box Admin." was clicked in the menu in
User mode.
