Problem
Paper jams occur
often.
The Add Toner
indicator doesn't go
out even after
replacing the Toner
Container.

Is paper loaded correctly in the
cassette?
Is paper curled, folded or
wrinkled?
Is there any jammed or loose
scraps of paper remaining
inside the machine?
Does the registered paper size
match the size being used?
Did you shake the new Toner
Container enough?
Procedure
Load the paper correctly.
Replace the paper with new
paper.
Carry out the appropriate
procedure to remove the
paper.
Make sure the registered
paper size matches the size
you are actually using.
Shake the Toner Container a
number of times.
