3.10.4 Group Dial Setting / Broadcast

The one-touch dial keys [13]-[16] can be programmed to dial the numbers
of several receiving stations and send the same document to each one
(broadcast). If you often send documents to an identical group of
recipients, consider using this group function.

After this you can enter more members into the group. To do this, simply
press the corresponding one-touch key or enter the necessary speed dial
number.
Each group can hold up to 20 members.

Press [FUNCTION] and [8].
Press [ENTER] and [3].
Press [ENTER] and one one-touch key.
E.g. one-touch key [13].
Press one of your programmed one-
touch keys or one of the speed dial
numbers.
Press [ENTER] to save the number.
„LOC. COUNTER" shows how many
members are in this group.
Press [ENTER].
Press [1] and enter a name for the
group. (See 3.10.2)
Press [0] to skip this step.
Now you can program the next group.
Press [STOP] to terminate the
procedure.
