Transmission Report

The transmission report contains the same information as the activity
report but only for one transmission. This report can be printed
automatically after each transmission to check the results. Your fax
machine is preset to print a transmission report only after a transmission
error, after a delay transmission and after a memory transmission. You
can set the user soft switches to print a transmission report after every
transmission, only after a transmission error or after a programmed
transmission.
This report cannot be printed manually on request.

Error Report

If an error occurs during a transmission, an error report is printed.
