Telephone Number Lists, Setting Lists and Activity Reports

The following reports can be printed using the report function: activity
report, one-touch directory, speed dial directory, group directory and user
data list.
Description
1 Press [FUNCTION] + [7].
2 Press [ENTER] 2 times.
3 Select the desired report with the arrow
keys or pressing the corresponding
numeric key.
4 Press [START] to print the report.
