Matrox VidCap driver

Video capture programs (other than Matrox PC-VCR) use the Matrox
example, when you use Ulead
driver interface when you adjust video settings. This section describes VidCap source and format
setting controls.

Video source settings

– Click a button in this group box to select a
Video channel
source:
– to capture video from a video camera or video
S-video
player connected to your Matrox
– to capture video from a video camera
Composite video
or video player connected to your Matrox
connector.
– to capture video from your Matrox TV tuner.
TV tuner
Depending on what's connected to the
G-Series card, click one of these buttons:
– for a TV antenna.
Air band
– for cable TV.
Cable band
With the
Channel
For more information,
– Click a button in this group box to identify the TV standard used by your video source:
Standard
– for most North American video devices.
NTSC
– for most European video devices.
PAL
– for video devices using the TV video standard from France.
SECAM
The VidCap driver automatically assigns the correct standard used by your current video source.
VidCap won't let you select a TV standard it doesn't detect.
