Remove your existing DigiSuite hardware

Install your Matrox G400, G450, or G550

Install the Matrox display driver from your DigiSuite CD

¬ To install your display driver:
Before attempting to upgrade your existing DigiSuite LX system to
DigiSuite LX MAX, you must uninstall DigiUtils.
To carry out the installation and configuration procedures that follow,

you must log onto an account on your Windows system that has
Administrator privileges. For details, consult the appropriate
Microsoft documentation.

Start > Programs > Matrox DigiSuite Utilities > Uninstall
.

The program will restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
Before you can install your DigiSuite LX MAX hardware, you must shut
down your computer and remove all existing DigiSuite hardware from
your system, including your DV-1394TI card and your DigiDesktop card
because neither of these cards is compatible with DigiSuite LX MAX. You
may keep your Adaptec DV-1394 card in your system during the
installation if you want to use it as a SCSI controller.
If you're not presently using a Matrox G400, G450, or G550 display card,
you must replace your system's display card with one of these Matrox
display cards. Simply install the card as explained in its documentation.
After installing Windows 2000, install the Matrox display driver provided
on your DigiSuite CD before running DigiUtils Setup.
