DynaMic's antenna or cap are
partially covered.
The colored rings are covering
the acoustic openings.
DynaMic is muted or the
hearing device has not been
set to the right program.
Solution
Charge DynaMic for at least
two hours.
Move DynaMic closer to the
speaker's mouth.
Uncover DynaMic's antenna
and cap.
Move DynaMic's colored rings
off these openings.
Check DynaMic is not muted.
Also check whether the
hearing devices are turned ON
and set to the right program.
