3. In the event schedule, press OK button to book the selected event, press
numeric button [3] to open the Detail menu for the selected event.
4. Press numeric button [1] to open the Booking list menu.

6.3 Accessing the favourite channels

1. Press FAV button to enter favorite group menu.
2. Press "UP" or "DOWN" cursor buttons to select the desired favourite group.
3. Press OK button to enter the favorite channels list, and press pq
buttons to select the favourite channel.
A.1 TROUBLESHOOTING
There may be various reasons for the abnormal operation of the receiver. Check the
receiver according to the procedures shown below. If the receiver does not work
properly after checking it, please contact the dealer. Do NOT open the receiver
cover. It may cause a dangerous situation and the warranty will get void.

No signal found
No picture or sound
Scrambled channel

No response to remote

After moving the receiver to

Possible cause
Mains lead unplugged
Mains fuse blown
Aerial is disconnected
Aerial is damaged/misaligned
Out of digital signal area
Scart/AV is not selected on
your TV
Channel is scrambled
Receiver off
Handset not aimed correctly
Front panel obstructed
Hand set batteries exhausted
The aerial feed former new point
may come through a
distribution
system which may reduce the
digital signal now received
by the box.
What to do
Check mains lead
Check fuse
Check aerial lead
