* perfwizpath represents the absolute path to where you installed the Performance Wizard.

3. Log into the SLM login page, by entering Admin for the Customer ID and
then pressing the Log In button. If correctly set up, the OpenLane Service
Level Management Administration page appears.
If the SLM Administration page does not appear:
— Verify that the ScriptAlias directive for /cgi-bin/OpenLane is
correctly specified in the apachepath /conf/httpd.conf file.
apachepath represents the absolute path to where you set up the Apache
Web server.
— Ensure that the JRE is in the path for the Apache Web server. If it is not,
stop the Web server, add the JRE directory to your PATH, then restart the
Apache Web server.
For HP-UX:
— Verify that you set the owner and permissions for the perfwizpath files as
specified in the following table. In the following table, it is assumed that
you used the recommended owner of bin.
For Solaris and AIX:
— Verify that you set the owner and permissions for the perfwizpath files as
specified in the following table. In the following table, it is assumed that
you used the recommended owner of nobody.
