• According to the command on the screen put on the weight pan
subsequent products and after stabilizing press
subsequent measurements to the computer,
• After completing a test control following data are displayed in the
workspace:
18.8. Empty – full control
For controls „empty-full" in computer software KTP NET in the product
settings users can set a measurement „charge". The weighing program
during testing requires putting a charge of empty packages and then
a charge of the same packages filled with products put in the same
sequence.
- Product code and name
- Product nominal mass
- Tare value attributed to the product
- Command concerning putting subsequent products
that are numbered out of the whole sample
- Number of errors T (Lower than Qn –T) in the sample
- Number of errors 2T (Lower than Qn –2T) in the sample
- Sample number
- Average mass of controlled goods
Test results: OK. - positive, WRONG - negative
