1. GETTING STARTED The scale consist of weighing platform and TMC terminal. Another solution is the possibility of connecting two platforms. General information − The intended use is to weigh goods with the possibility of tarring within the full measuring range. −...
Remarks concerning the save usage of scales 1. In case of weighing goods gathering electrostatic charge, connect the weighing platform with the terminal housing via a conducting wire, 2. Power cords should be connected to a socket with zeroing / earthing. 3.

5. WEIGHING Put a load on the scale pan. The result is ready to read after reaching equilibrium (signalling diode marked by After reading the result unload the pan. The indication returns to zero. For two range scales switching between ranges appears automatically while loading.
6. GETTING STARTED In order to adjust the scale for a specific conditions set filters to eliminate vibrations, possible shocks. There are to parameters for adjusting filtering: − FILTER It can be set as: Very fast Fast Average Slow MEDIAN FILTER This filter is intended to suppress single mechanical shocks.
− Select the parameters’ group using arrows and press Enter. Press Esc to leave a function or to reach the higher level of the menu. 6.1. Device parameters – filter Setting parameters: − Set the cursor using arrows next to Filtr. −...

It can be displayed provided: The terminal is connected with KTP NET 2003 software, The inscribe code is present in the database, Assortment codes can be read also using a barcode scanner.
9. PERFORMING CONTROL 9.1. Basic conditions Before starting control you must inscribe 4 codes. This way you can identify: − Product name − Operator name − Batch quantity − Batch number or density LED display should indicate zero, otherwise press →0←. Press F1 and enter an assortment code.
9.2. Control with average tare − put a load on the pan, − after stabilising , press Enter − put subsequent goods from the batch and do the measurements as above, − information next to the field PUT counts measurements e.g.: 1/80; 2/80, 3/80 .
9.4. Control with different tare values (full/empty) For this option you can weight gross value of goods and then empty packages. 9.5. Tare checking module This module can check the tare value and save it to the database on the computer level.
− Put subsequent packages on the scale, − After stabilising press Enter, − If the average tare is acceptable (standard deviation criterion) you will see an appropriate message − If the average tare is not acceptable (standard deviation criterion) you will see an appropriate message 9.6.
