PBX function

If the phone is used in a PBX system, it is often necessary to dial a prefix (access
code) in order to connect to an external line. There may also be a certain waiting
time after the prefix, before the external line is connected.
This telephone has a PBX function that allows you to specify a single digit
external call prefix. When you dial an external number, the phone will detect that
the number starts with the prefix, and will automatically insert a pause (1 sec)
before dialling the actual number.
1. Press Menu.

5. Enter the prefix required. Use ß to delete.
6. Press OK to save.

PIN number

The PIN number is a four-digit code you select to protect against unauthorised
use of certain functions.
1. Press Menu.

5. Enter the current PIN number (0000 when supplied). Press OK.
6. Enter your new number. Press OK.
7. Enter your new number again. Press OK to save.
