42 Answering machine
If you have set message alert to
on you will also hear an audible
beep every 10 seconds when
you have a new message.
You can press the
play messages in handsfree
mode so they are played over
the handset and speaker.
New messages are played firstly,
followed by old messages.
If you have no messages,
Messages will be displayed.

Using the answering machine

You can use your BT Reveal for a variety of
functions: to listen to your messages, delete, skip
forward or backward, record a memo or new
outgoing message and to screen incoming calls.
When new messages are stored on the answering
machine, the
handset display standby screen and the blue light
on the base will fade on and off.
