Follow the instructions for 'set a
user area' to edit a user area.
If you select PIN protection
you will be required to enter a
PIN when accessing User Areas.
Mailbox 1, 2 and 3 are
pre-assigned sub-addresses
1, 2 and 3 and the General
Mailbox sub-address is
pre-set to 9.
If you set-up personal
mailboxes you must tell people
your sub address number. They
must put the relevant sub
address number at the end of
your telephone number when
they send you a text message.
If they do not include the sub
address number, the messages
will be stored in the General
box and will be accessible to all
users of your BT Reveal.

How callers send a text to a personal user area

When your caller sends a text, by simply adding
your 1-digit sub-address number on the end of
your telephone number, the text will automatically
be stored in your personal user area.
