3. Appointments is highlighted, select OK.

number (or name) and then select Options.
5. Edit is displayed, select OK.
6. Enter a relevant title for the appointment, e.g.
Mum's Birthday, then press DOWN.
7. Enter the time you want the appointment reminder
alarm to sound (in 24-hour format, e.g. for
9:30am, press 0, 9, 3, 0) then press DOWN.
8. Enter the date of the appointment, e.g. for 8th
July 2006 press 0, 8, 0, 7, 0,
9. Press LEFT or RIGHT
appointment reminder then press Save.
Saved is displayed and you will hear a
confirmation tone.
10. Press to exit and return to standby.
