how do i increase the incoming call volume
To increase the incoming call volume on the BT Essential Phone Single:
1. Press the menu button.
2. Scroll to "Base Tone" and press OK.
3. Scroll to "Base Volume" and press OK.
4. The base will ring at its current volume.
5. Use the arrow buttons to choose the desired volume (Low, Medium, High).
6. Press OK to save your changes.
