Answering machine

Answering machine reports an invalid
PIN when you try to operate it from
another phone
You may have made a mistake. Try
again.
Your machine will not respond to the
PIN 0000. You must set a different PIN
to ensure secure access. See page 34.
Answering machine will not record
Memory is full. You will need to delete
messages.
The answering machine is on, but
does not record messages or allow
call screening.
It is compressing messages. Wait 3-5
minutes.
When connected to a
switchboard
You can't get a connection or you get
the wrong connection after speed
dialling
Have you entered a pause after the
access code? See page 44.
Check you have selected the correct
